Hidden drive

How to solve hidden problem of External USB Hard Drive 

• My External Hard drive is hidden and I cant access it 
• External USB Hard Drive don't show up 
• Windows notices drive 
• but does not show external usb 
• External USB hard drive hidden 
• External USB v3 hard drive hidden hard drive 

Under Control Panel > system and security > admin. tools >computer management > disk management 

or directly go through disk management



Under disk management you will find your external drive ( check your drive memory) without a letter assigned to that drive

Now give a letter different from other drive letter to that drive ( hidden from the file explorer) shown in disk management










I have experienced this problem in seagate external drive in windows 8.1 & now I can access the drive in file explorer
